Prof. Junlong Chen, IEEE Fellow

South China University of Technology, China 

Distinguished Chair Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Dean of School of Computer Science and Engineering, South University of Technology; Prof. Chen is an IEEE Fellow, American Association for the Advancement of Science AAAS Fellow, IAPR Fellow, and Hong Kong Society of Engineers Fellow. He was once the dean of the College of Science and Technology of the University of Macau, and a tenured professor of the School of Engineering of the University of Texas. Fellow and standing director of China Association of Automation.


Prof. Guoliang Chen

Shenzhen University, China

Parallel algorithms, high performance computing experts. He is now a professor at Shenzhen University. In 2003, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include parallel algorithms, high performance computing and its applications. In the research of non-numerical parallel algorithms, we have achieved some of the best results in the same period in the world, including packet selection network, recursive selection network, Benes network routing algorithm, VLSI plane embedding algorithm, network maximum flow algorithm, average performance analysis of packing algorithm, etc


Prof. Anhui Liang

Shandong University of Science and Technology, China

He is the director of the interdisciplinary research center of optical fiber communication and bio-optics, Shandong University of Science and Technology, national high-level talents, second-class professor, doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in the research and development of cutting-edge optical fiber communications and bio-optics in the United States, Japan, China (Hong Kong) and other countries for over 20 years. He has held senior research and development positions in several well-known American companies. He served as a senior researcher at the submarine cable division formerly known as AT&T Bell Laboratories.

IEEE Fellow, ACM Fellow. Chinese; He is currently a professor at the Joint International College of Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University and vice president of the Joint International College of Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University. He was a professor of computer science at City University of Hong Kong. From 2014 to 2017, Professor Jia served as a full-time Distinguished Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Prof. Yutong Lu

Professor of School of Computer, Sun Yat-sen University, director of National Supercomputing Guangzhou Center, director of Supercomputer Engineering Software Research Center of Ministry of Education, international supercomputer ISC Fellow, former deputy director of Software Institute of School of Computer, National University of Defense Technology, deputy chief engineer of Yinhe Tianhe Project. He is the leader of the innovation team of Guangdong Pearl River Talent Plan, the "middle-aged and young experts with outstanding contributions" of the National Millions of Talents Project, enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council, the leader of the innovation team in key fields of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the National March 8th Red Banner.


Prof. Young Liang

Macau University of Science and Technology, China

Professor, Institute of Systems Engineering and State Key Laboratory of TCM Quality Research, Macau University of Science and Technology; He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003. He has been engaged in the application research of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of biomedicine for a long time, and has made many achievements in the fields of intelligent medical treatment and TCM informatization in the exploration of high-throughput multi-source heterogeneous biomedical big data fusion and feature selection mechanism, and advanced AI algorithms such as deep learning. He has presided over 8 scientific research projects. He has published more than 120 SCI academic papers.


Prof. Jianxin Wang, IEEE Senior Member   

Central South University, China

Doctor of Computer Science, Central South University, Postdoctoral Fellow, School of Computer Science, National University of Defense Technology. He is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of Central South University, and dean of the School of Computer Science. He is a senior member of IEEE, President of ACM SIGBIO in China, and a senior member of the Chinese Computer Society. Member of Theoretical Computer Science Major of China Computer Society, Internet Professional Committee, Member of the Seventh Discipline Evaluation Group of Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council.


Prof. Xiaofeng Zhu

University of Electronic Science and Technology of China

Professor/doctoral supervisor of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, national innovative talent. After receiving his PhD from the University of Queensland, Australia, he worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the University of Pennsylvania and Massey University in New Zealand. In recent years, he is mainly engaged in the research work of big data preprocessing and health big data computer aided diagnosis. He has published more than 150 academic papers in English, and won the Elsevier 2020 China Highly Cited Scholar, Clarivate Security "Interdisciplinary Field" Global "Highly Cited Scientist" (2019 and 2020) and the First Prize of Guangxi Natural Science Award (2020).


Prof. Yang Yue

Nankai University, China

Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the Institute of Modern Optics, Nankai University, Tianjin, China. Dr. Yue' s current research interests include intelligent photonics, optical communications and networking, optical interconnect, detection, imaging and display technology, integrated photonics, free-space and fiber optics. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >8,000 citations, four edited books, >50 issued or pending patents, >100 invited presentations. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access, and an Editor Board Member for three other scientific journals. He also served as Guest Editor for eight journal special issues, Committee Member and Session Chair for >50 international conferences, Reviewer for >60 prestigious journals.


Prof. Li Na

Xi' dian University, China

Prof. Li Na, PhD supervisor, is a core member of the Key Laboratory of Electronic Equipment Structure Design of the Ministry of Education, Xi'dian University.

Her research focuses on the error theory of electronic equipment, multi-scale electromechanical coupling problems, and the design and optimization of new nanoelectronic equipment structures.

She has been published as the first author in Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering, Acta Astronautica, Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics, IET Microwaves Antennas and Propagation, International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics, and the International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics. Propagation", "International Journal of Antennas and Propagation", etc. He has published more than 20 SCI/EI retrieved papers in international famous journals, and applied for about 40 national invention patents, 14 of which were granted.


Assoc. Prof. Zhengtian Fang

University of Macau, China

He graduated from La Trobe University in Australia in the 1990s with a First Class honours degree and a PhD in Computer Systems. Fang zhengtian is an associate professor in the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau, honorary Adjunct Professor in the Department of Information Science at durban University of Technology, South Africa, visiting Professor at Xi 'an Polytechnic University, Visiting Professor at Zhuhai Chinese Academy of Sciences, and senior Visiting Scholar at Tsinghua University. He is a co-founder of the Data Analysis and Collaborative Computing Laboratory (DAC-Lab) at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Macau. Prior to his academic career, Founder held various management and technical positions, such as engineer, IT consultant and e-commerce director in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
